This is very essential for muscular fitness and strength. Explosive strength,
Endurance strength, agile strength, maximum strength, relative strength, speed
strength are some of the types of strength training. For example, Squats and
pushups done back to back are great for endurance strength. Endurance strength uses both aerobics and
anaerobic ways to be in motion and stabilize the posture for longer periods.
Pushups are great for the chest, triceps and shoulders. It can be done at any
